Adv. Sana Hakim, Advocate (High Court, Bombay) and External Member & Trainer (POSH, POCSO, DEIB, MH), is a Litigation Expert and Co-Founding Partner at Equilibrio Advisory LLP. With a strong track record before the Bombay High Court and other judicial forums, she specializes in litigation strategy, compliance, and robust legal frameworks. She advises and trains organizations across sectors as an External Member and subject-matter expert, delivering practical, legally sound guidance on POSH, POCSO, DEIB, mental health (MH), and workplace governance. Known for her clarity, depth, and empathetic approach, Adv. Hakim is also widely respected for her nuanced handling of sensitive matters, including domestic violence, and is committed to fostering safer, more inclusive, and legally compliant environments.

Samriti Makkar Midha is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, and Co-Founding Partner at Equilibrio Advisory LLP. She works as a trainer, external member and advisor to various organisations across industries.
