Upcoming Events

Mark your calendars! In this section, we highlight an upcoming event you won't want to miss.

Learn how to meet your POSH Act, 2013 compliance requirements with ease. This session explains what, when, and how to file your annual report accurately with the District Officer. It also covers She-Box—the government’s online platform for POSH submissions—ensuring timely, complete, and hassle-free reporting for your organization.

In the Spotlight!

Explore ways to build your knowledge and capacity with our team of in-house experts!

This year, we moved beyond POSH Act awareness to focus on practical implementation. Through 12 monthly meeting sessions, we built skills and preparedness for stakeholders—IC members, managers, HR, and leaders—addressing real-world challenges like bias, inclusion, microaggressions, workplace relationships, and mental health, guiding organizations toward safer, informed workplaces.
As 2025 ends, we celebrate the glimmers of inclusion that brought communities from the margins to the center. Each milestone in diversity and unity matters—step by step. Let’s carry this spirit forward into the new year, because together, we’re always stronger.
As 2025 comes to a close, we reflect on a year of growth and impact. Through expanded POSH trainings, SHE-Box awareness, new e-modules, and Employee Assistance Programs, we supported diverse organisations with practical, people-centred compliance—strengthening safer, more equitable workplaces as we step into 2026.
As we step into the new year, we invite you to pause and reflect with compassion. Mental health is a journey shaped by learning, support, and resilience—not destinations. By noticing allies, boundaries, and quiet growth, reflection becomes an act of integration, helping us move forward with clarity, kindness, and steadiness.

Curious Cat: How can substance abuse be addressed in children?

Answer: Easy access to substances and unaddressed emotional distress are driving a rise in substance abuse among minors, some as young as 11. Many affected don’t seek help despite knowing the harm. Effective interventions include psychological support to cope with negative family and life experiences, training teachers to identify students in need, and eliminating stigma around substance abuse—creating a supportive environment where children feel safe and empowered to seek help.
