We would be assigning you work in the following spaces:

  1. Assisting in drafting policies for companies in accordance with law
  2. Assisting in legal opinions
  3. Researching and summarizing the latest case laws
  4. Tracking and researching on the recent updates on law
  5. Keeping track of incidents being reported in media and preparing legal reports on those
  6. Assisting in vetting contracts

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our core team and partners, contributing to key legal projects across industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Legal research on labour, women’s safety & child protection laws.
  • Summarising judgments & preparing concise case notes.
  • Tracking legal/regulatory updates.
  • Drafting briefs, policy notes & training content.

Requirements:

  • Strong research & drafting skills.
  • Good command over written English.
  • Interest in gender, workplace safety & child rights law.

Equilibrio Advisory LLP is looking to hire 2 part-time legal interns (3rd or 4th year LLB students), preferably based in New Delhi. (flexible / remote-friendly)

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct legal and policy research on POSH, Maternity Benefits, POCSO, and other key domains.
  • Support documentation, compliance checks, and preparation of case notes and briefs.
  • Monitor updates from government bodies and international organizations (e.g., NCPCR, Ministry of Women & Child Development, UN Women).
  • Assist with liaisoning and outreach to relevant stakeholders, regulators, or institutions.
  • Contribute to internal reports, training modules, and resource materials.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Penultimate or final-year LLB students (preferably in or near Delhi).
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in gender law, child protection, and/or workplace compliance.
