About the Role:

Equilibrio Advisory LLP is seeking a Legal Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal tasks, including policy drafting, legal research, and reporting. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our core team and partners, contributing to key legal projects across industries. This position also involves participating in meetings, preparing reports, and assisting in POSH-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting company policies in line with legal requirements.
  • Research and summarize latest case laws and legal updates.
  • Track legal incidents in the media and prepare corresponding reports.
  • Vet contracts and provide legal opinions.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries on law-related topics.
  • Attend weekly meetings with core team members and bi-monthly meetings with partners.

We are looking for a Junior Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team and help us build and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact once a client is onboarded.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the client’s needs are met.
  • Build rapport and manage client relationships to enhance retention.
  • Upsell and introduce new services to existing clients.
  • Maintain and analyze client data for reporting.
  • Provide necessary analytics to the Founders regarding client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the business team to develop client retention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CRM or in a related field.
