As a Junior Associate at Equilibrio Advisory LLP, you will be integral to our mission of building equitable and safe spaces. Your responsibilities will include assisting senior associates and partners with end-to-end support, participating in inquiries, and drafting comprehensive inquiry reports. You will also play a key role in legal research, case law analysis, and preparing presentations that drive our client engagements. Your work will involve conducting due diligence, analyzing confidential data, and contributing to content creation for our programs. This role requires a zest for learning and a proactive approach to staying updated on the latest developments in our field. You will also support leadership in understanding the finer nuances of your work, bringing your analytical, critical thinking, and creative skills to every task.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting with end to end support to the senior associate/partner, you are working with.
  2. Being part of inquiries and drafting inquiry reports.
  3. Assist the senior associate/partner with powerpoint presentations, legal research, case laws, case studies
  4. Conduct due diligence under different laws of various clients of the Firm, and preparing reports for the same.
  5. Analysing confidential data of the cases handled
  6. The incumbent will also be required to conduct research, and creation of content as and when required –
  7. Keeping themselves updated on important developments in this space
  8. Develop databank of activities, videos, news, case studies and case laws etc. for effective delivery of programs
  9. Provide support to the leadership and other teams in understanding the finer nuances of the work done by you
  10. Bring your analytical, critical, problem solving, creative skills to the table among others
