Bhumika Jain (She/Her)
Bhumika Jain is a seasoned legal professional with over eight years of focused experience in laws relating to women and children, particularly workplace sexual harassment prevention and redressal. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), a Master’s in Public Policy (MPP), a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law. In addition, she has completed a Post-Graduate Certificate Course in Human Rights and a Certificate Course in Anti-Human Trafficking, reflecting her strong grounding in rights-based legal frameworks and compliance-driven advisory work.
Currently, she is working as a Senior Associate, External Member and Trainer with the POSHequili and Child Safety at Work vertical. Her responsibilities include-
- Conducting various subject matter trainings for clients across sectors under the POSHequili and CSAW verticals and curation of content.
- Providing end-to-end support to the internal committees throughout the inquiry process as an external member.
- Managing the firm’s inquiry data and providing support to the legal team during annual report filing.
- Spearheading the monthly meetings of the POSHEquili vertical.
Bhumika has worked extensively with law firms, non-governmental organizations and educational institutions enabling her to bring a balanced perspective that combines legal rigour with practical, people-centric implementation.
