Heena is a HR professional who has worked for various companies for over 10 years. Her responsibilities and ensuring a comfortable and safe work environment for employees them.
In addition to her professional expertise, Heena has a background in clinical psychology. She has experience in the clinical observation of patient interaction, studying their case history, and basic counselling skills.
She serves as an external member on the Internal Committee (IC) constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act and Rules 2013 (POSH Law) for several companies across sectors in Delhi, NCR. Her responsibilities involve handling complaints related to sexual harassment. She conducts training and awareness sessions on POSH Law for company employees and keeps the IC informed of any legal updates.
