Lakshita Bhati (She/Her)

Lakshita, motivated and disciplined, is a legal associate at Equilibrio Advisory LLP. She brings a fresh perspective and creative ideas to our team. Under the POSHEquili vertical, she is entrusted with the roles of an external member and a trainer and is responsible for handling complaints of sexual harassment and conducting awareness sessions for employees and managers and upskilling sessions for IC members and trainers under the POSH law. She also engages in legal research and writing to support the other verticals at Equilibrio. She has also worked for the CPD certification of one of our flagship programs, Train the Trainer and authored an article published by the CBD Certification Service – Laws against Sexual Harassment of Women in Workplace | The CPD Certification Service

She holds a B.A.LLB degree from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat. She has a keen interest in gender studies and human rights and has studied specialized subjects including Child Sexual Abuse and the Law, Gender, Crime and Human Rights in India, and Women’s Rights as Human Rights, among others. She also has litigation experience working on criminal laws, family laws, and POCSO, among others.
