Recognitions:

Prerana has been recognized by Lead India Foundation as Power Woman for her efforts and contribution in the legal field.

She has previously practiced in the diverse fields of property law, corporate law, and family law. As a property lawyer, she has provided legal opinions on various residential and commercial properties, advised on the conversion and conveyance of properties, and has regularly advised clients on several aspects of property and commercial regulations. As part of her corporate practice, she has assisted several start-ups with incorporation of their entities, drafting and reviewing of various commercial agreements and advised on several aspects of company, intellectual property and labour regulations. As a family lawyer, she has represented several clients in their divorce cases.
