Shambhavi is a legal associate at Equilibrio Advisory LLP. She has a strong educational background, holding a bachelor’s degree in law from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, and a master’s degree in law and development from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. She is deeply committed to issues of gender and law and aims to make the world a better place for people from marginalized communities through her practice. She has experience working in district courts in the domain of family law, and domestic violence and sexual violence laws, and has also conducted awareness programs at the community level. Her work in the space of workplace sexual harassment law is guided by her firm belief that law can be transformative when it is implemented in its true spirit.
