Swathi Balakrishnan is an educator and trainer with diverse experience in education, corporate training, and soft skills development. She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree, along with an International Postgraduate Diploma in TEFL/TESOL. Additionally, Swathi is certified in POSH Compliance, Workplace Gender Sensitization, and Train-the-Trainer programs, further enhancing her expertise.

Swathi has significant experience in empowering individuals through soft skills training. She has handled training focusing on developing critical thinking, behavioral skills & interpersonal skills. Her experience includes conducting soft skills and campus-to-corporate programs for colleges across South India, where she created dynamic learning environments using innovative teaching methodologies.

With a focus on promoting workplace respect and compliance, Swathi has specialized in the implementation of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act. She has conducted training programs for organizations across different sectors, providing sensitization programs and specialized training aimed at fostering a respectful and safe work environment.

Swathi has collaborated with various organizations to design and implement POSH sensitization programs, contributing as an external trainer with LexPOSH to deliver tailored training for clients and stakeholders. Her extensive experience includes delivering training for organizations in sectors such as manufacturing, corporates, and education, helping to raise awareness and ensure compliance with the POSH Act.
