Currently, she serves as a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) at Equilibrio Advisory, where she utilizes her legal expertise and communication skills to foster strong, long-lasting client relationships. In this role, she is responsible for collaborating with internal teams to deliver personalized solutions tailored to clients’ needs. Swatilekha ensures high levels of client satisfaction by collecting feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and focusing on client retention and growth.
