Vamsi Mohana is a qualified advocate with over 9 years of experience in corporate legal advisory, compliance, and client relations. She holds a BA LLB and an LLM in Commercial Laws from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU), Visakhapatnam.

Her primary area of expertise is POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance. She has served as both Member Secretary and Internal Committee (IC) Member in previous organisations and has conducted numerous POSH training sessions, awareness programmes, and policy advisory mandates across industries.

At POSHequili, she leads the firm’s Legal, Compliance, and Client Relations functions. She is also actively involved in the firm’s Information Security and ISO 27001 compliance work, supporting the firm in data protection frameworks, drafting security policies, and ensuring alignment with international standards such as GDPR.

She supports other verticals including Mental Health at Work, Inclusion at Work, and Child Safety at Work, assisting with compliance design, policy development, and client advisory.

Her sector experience spans logistics, real estate, and outsourcing, with strong expertise in commercial contracts, workplace compliance, and regulatory framework.
