Vatsal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mithibai College, Mumbai along with an LL.B. from Siddharth College of Law, Mumbai.
He has experience as a practicing Advocate at the Bombay High Court has been critical in him developing a practical and solution-based approach to Law. He has experience in Real Estate Law, Company Law, Bankruptcy/Insolvency Law, Civil Law, Arbitration, Family Law and Sexual Harassment Law.
As an Associate at POSHequili, Vatsal assists in drafting of contracts, sexual harassment policies and other workplace policies. Vatsal also interacts with clients and assists them with end-to-end compliance under the Sexual Harassment Law. As a part of POSHequili’s litigation team, he assists in the drafting and research for litigation matters. Additionally, he assists the firm in legal research and tracking updates in the law as well as judgements by Indian and International Courts. Vatsal has written articles on various topics to educate and inform clients about various legal matters. He also contributes by providing his legal perspective to audio-visual content created by the firm across several mediums.
Vatsal has a keen interest in understanding of Law that is concrete and can be applied in the real- world scenarios. He also actively engages in consuming content created by diverse voices across various mediums.
