Every child builds a tent or fort—a little world where they feel safe and heard. In the rush of chores, deadlines, and survival mode, we may miss those invitations. This is a reminder to pause, join their tent, sip pretend tea, listen deeply, and be emotionally present—not perfect.
This season of love, Bridgerton continues to charm while championing inclusion. Season 4 introduces diverse disabled characers, featuring deaf characters communicating in sign language, and also spotlights an amputee character. Thoughtful representation matters—it normalizes diversity, challenges stereotypes, and shows how DEIB can be seamlessly woven into storytelling.
POSH training educates employees on recognizing, preventing, and responding to sexual harassment at work under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013. It covers legal duties, company policies, and respectful conduct, helping cultivate safer, compliant, and inclusive workplaces. Ready to lead POSH trainings in your organisation and beyond? Join our POSH Train the Trainer Workshop.
In relationships, “matching the vibe” can sometimes mean losing yourself. If your efforts come from fear of holding interest rather than joy, pause. Ask if you feel fulfilled, safe to be yourself, and heard. Your comfort matters as much as their interest.

I - LEGAL UPDATES

The Supreme Court has clarified that armed forces personnel can challenge POSH Internal Committee findings before the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT). Reading Section 18 of the POSH Act with Section 14 of the AFT Act, the Court held that IC recommendations are open to appellate scrutiny. This applies even where disciplinary proceedings have already been initiated. The ruling strengthens procedural fairness and judicial oversight in POSH cases within the armed forces.
The Madras High Court has upheld a conviction under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, rejecting an appeal that challenged the trial on technical grounds. Emphasising a child-centric approach, the bench held that procedural objections such as a joint trial do not outweigh the paramount interest of the child victim unless actual prejudice is shown, and affirmed the life sentence imposed by the trial court.

Did you know that Holly Fowler, a neurodivergent founder, has launched a new app designed to be a safe and inclusive space for the neurodivergent community? This innovative app, Wable, seamlessly integrates social networking, dating, and career networking. Inspired by the hit dating show “Love on the Spectrum,” Wable has features like customizable colours which aims to reduce visual overload, disclosure tags, and enhanced safety features. Wable was created to address the challenges neurodivergent individuals often face on mainstream dating and social networking apps, where vague communication can be confusing and alienating. The app aims to minimize the need for masking, by making space for direct, meaningful interactions within the neurodivergent community.

Curious Cat:
What is ‘Choremancing’?

Answer:
Choremancing is an emerging trend among couples, where they choose to approach everyday tasks like grocery-run, monthly budgeting or meal-prepping like a date. In a world where women still do a larger share of the unpaid labour at home, choremancing changes the narrative.
It helps a couple work together, instead of one partner feeling left out with certain chores. It mixes romance with equity. It also helps new couples understand their partners better, as they navigate through daily chores together. Instead of wearing rose-coloured glasses, choremancing helps people understand if they are compatible as partners.
Here’s all the tools you need to build safe and equitable workspaces! Drop us a Hey, to get started!
