Sana Hakim (She/Her)

Sana (she/her) will be one of the panellists. She is a co-founding partner of Equilibrio Advisory LLP. She holds an LL.B. Degree from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai and an Masters in Law Degree from the Mumbai University. She specialises in family , gender based laws. Litigating for more than 15 years in the High Court , Family Court and various Magistrate courts. Her practice area also covers criminal law aspects of all gender based laws such as sexual harassment, domestic violence etc. She actively also works on advising organizations in her capacity of external member of Internal Committees for preventing sexual harassment. Sana is also the State President of the Maharashtra Social Service Council, WICCI.
