Adv. Sakshi Deshpande (She/Her)

An advocate and graduate of CMR University, School of Legal Studies, Bengaluru, with a B.B.A., LL. B(Hons), she has built a strong academic and professional foundation in law. Her qualifications are complemented by certifications including 40 Hour Mediation Training Program, a workshop on Essential Technical Skills for Contract Drafting, a Certificate Course on Journey to Judgeship, and participation in a guest lecture on the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct delivered by Hon’ble Justice S.V.N Bhatti.

She commences her professional journey in tax litigation, progressing from intern to Associate and subsequently Consultant through dedication and consistent performance. She has successfully argued high-stake matters involving constitutional and procedural issues before courts and appellate authorities and has drafted and filed numerous writ petitions and appeals before the High Courts. Her experience extends to client counselling, strategic case formulation, meticulous legal research and effective courtroom advocacy.


Driven by a keen interest in gender specific laws, she has been drawn to this firm to deepen her engagement in this significant and evolving field.
