Adv. Divyanshi Goel (She/Her)

Divyanshi Goel is an Advocate and has worked as an independent legal practitioner in Delhi NCR, representing clients before trial courts in Delhi and Gurugram, the Delhi High Court, arbitral tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. She holds an LL.M. in Corporate & Financial Law and Policy from Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat and an LL.B. (Business Laws) from Amity Law School, where she was awarded the Shree Baljit Shastri Award for exemplifying human and traditional values. She has practiced in the field of commercial litigation, arbitration, criminal law, constitutional matters, contract drafting, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory.

Before establishing her independent practice, she worked with N South Law Advisors, Gurugram in the Corporate Advisory and Litigation team and gained experience through internships with leading law firms, including Saraf and Partners, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Khaitan & Partners, Lumiere Law Partners, and Ernst & Young, where she developed expertise in litigation, corporate advisory, due diligence, compliance, taxation, insolvency, and regulatory matters.

In addition to her litigation practice, Divyanshi has served as an External Member of Internal Committees constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, and has also assisted External Members in conducting complaint inquiries, policy review, compliance, and POSH trainings. She also served as a legal consultant/advisor to an NGO in Delhi, contributing to legal awareness and access to justice initiatives.
