Siddhi Sawant (She/Her)

Siddhi Sawant is a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in litigation. She holds an LLB degree from VES College of Law, affiliated with University of Mumbai. Currently, she is further advancing her expertise by pursuing LLM from GJ Advani College of Law.

With three years of active litigation practice, Siddhi Sawant specializes in family Law and gender based legal matters. She works closely with Sana Hakim (Co-founder), assisting in complex litigation cases. Particularly those concerning family disputes, domestic violence, maintenance and sexual harassment related matters. Her practice extends to the criminal law aspects of gender- based laws, including harassment and domestic abuse, where she advocates for justice and protection of rights.

In addition to litigation, she plays a crucial role in legal drafting and reserach, ensuring well-structured pleadings and in-depth case preparation. Her courtroom experience spans across Bombay High Court, Family Courts and Magistrate Courts in Mumbai, where she represents clients with a keen focus on legal strategy, advocacy and dispute resolution.
