of police oversight in handling
complaints.

Curious Cat:
What is addiction and its main forms?

Answer:
Addiction is a compulsive dependence on a substance or behavior.
The two main forms are substance addiction (like drugs or alcohol) and
behavioral addiction (such as gambling or internet use). Therapy can help
overcome addiction by providing coping strategies, addressing underlying
issues, and offering support. It provides a supportive environment for
individuals to explore their motivations and goals, empowering them to make
positive changes in their lives.
